In response to this common behaviour among college students, a user persona has been crafted to better understand their preferences and challenges in accessing streaming services seamlessly.

In this prototype, we've integrated three key features to enhance user experience. Firstly, we've introduced a wallet system allowing users to deduct funds as per their preference, independent of credit cards or traditional banking methods. Secondly, to cater to college users prone to membership discontinuation during academic commitments, we've curated educational content, ensuring their retention. Finally, within the JioFlex platform, users can access a comprehensive array of OTT services on yearly, quarterly, or half-yearly subscriptions, streamlining access and payment processes, thereby ensuring a hassle-free experience.
